Safety and Faciilities

Safety

Emergency Drills

To help ensure the safety and preparedness of our students and staff, and to comply with state regulations, safety drills are conducted and recorded each month. These emergency drills may include fire, tornado, and earthquake drills. The practice drills help to ensure that students respond with an organized anticipated reaction in the event of an emergency.

Staff and Caregivers

Background Clearance

All staff are required to take training hours every year to help in the learning process of the children we care for on a daily basis. Thorough background checks are also required of all staff and substitutes. All this to help ensure the safety of every child we care for.

First Aid

At least one First Aid/CPR licensed staff member is on-site at all times to assist in the case of an emergency.

Learning Facilities

The classrooms for our preschool and after-school programming are located right here on the campus of Three Crosses Church. If you would like a tour of our facilities, please contact the church office at 270-527-3990 and request to speak with our Program Director.

Playground

We are excited to be able to offer a brand new playground facility (installed in 2016) for the children of Little Learners Preschool and Kids in Training to enjoy.
